Are you passionate about business development and indirect sales in the life sciences sector? Do you excel at building strong partnerships, expanding international markets, and driving commercial growth?

We are currently recruiting a Channel Sales Manager for a fast-growing, innovative European biotech company developing and commercializing cutting-edge diagnostic solutions, with a strong focus on Newborn Screening.


Key Responsibilities


  • Distributor Network Management: Develop, manage, and empower a high-performing distributor network across assigned international territories while building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Geographic Expansion: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and launching new markets, with a strong focus on expanding the company’s presence in Asia and Latin America.
  • Product Promotion: Promote an innovative portfolio of diagnostic kits (Pharmacogenetics, Genetics, Newborn Screening).
  • Partner Support: Organize and deliver high-impact distributor training sessions, scientific presentations, and commercial enablement.
  • KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong connections with laboratories, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals through industry events and on-site visits.
  • Performance & Strategy: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement growth strategies in close collaboration with internal teams.

Candidate Profile


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in managing distributors or indirect sales channels within the biotech, IVD diagnostics, or life sciences industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Proven track record in international business development and distributor network optimization.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with both business and scientific stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Strategic, autonomous, results-driven, and entrepreneurial.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally 40–50% of the time, primarily across Asia.
