As a Direct Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive direct sales growth in mostly in Europe.
You will be responsible for training and coaching the team presenting, promoting and selling the company's products and services to existing and potential customers. You will ensure the success of the Direct Sales Team and be leading the Direct department by increasing strongly the turnover every year. You will travel up to 40 % of your time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6 Account Managers.
- Driving commercial performance: monitoring KPIs, reporting, and optimizing sales processes.
- Creating a performance-driven, collaborative team culture.
- Ensuring excellent execution across the full sales cycle (prospecting, closing, client retention).
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and other internal teams.
