What Do You Bring On Board?
We are looking for an agile professional, ready to turn on the engine and switch gears quickly in an ambitious start-up environment. Freelancers are also welcome.
Commercial Experience: You have at least 3 years of proven success in a commercial role, preferably selling complex, specialised B2B services (e.g., recruitment, consultancy, training, or other HR-related services).
Sector Knowledge: You have an existing network or demonstrable affinity with the GreenTech and/or Life Sciences industry. You understand the challenges surrounding talent in these rapidly growing sectors.
Language Skills: You are proficient in English, which is essential for communication in an international sector, and are ideally bilingual (Dutch and French).
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are proactive, results-oriented and thrive in an environment where you are given significant autonomy to create your own success. You are not afraid to work hands-on in a build-up phase.
Personality: You are a strong, convincing communicator with a human interest who inspires trust in C-level executives and HR directors.
