KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Access & Pricing and Government & Public Affairs:
- Develop and execute integrated market access strategies with clear priorities, plans, and external engagement tactics.
- Shape pricing and access strategies for both new launches and in-line brands in partnership with the business units and EMEA region.
- Adapt global value dossiers and Health Economics models, leveraging local data to strengthen submissions.
- Lead negotiations with local authorities to secure optimal access and pricing.
- Provide MAP input to country brand strategies and planning processes.
Strategic Pricing Management:
- Build strong business cases grounded in commercial potential.
- Optimize pricing across the portfolio while safeguarding value.
- Maintain insights into competitor strategies, pricing trends, and market activities.
Tender and Key Account Activities :
- Support business teams with tender processes and hospital pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to develop stakeholder plans, value propositions, and strategic options for hospital and clinic accounts.
- Shape pricing strategies, including contracts and conditions, to maximize profitability.
Public Affairs:
- Design and implement Government Affairs strategies, identifying healthcare trends and policies impacting the business.
- Build relationships with major payers and public institutions to explore partnerships.
- Lead day-to-day networking with public institutions, guiding senior-level relationships and outreach.
