We hebben een mooie opportuniteit voor een Product Specialist regio Brugge-Oostende. Indien je een wetenschappelijke achtergrond hebt, reeds enkele jaren sales ervaring bij GP's en/of Specialisten, geïnteresseerd bent in cardio, en een stevige sales drive hebt, dan horen we graag van je!

Job Purpose:

Initiate, coordinate, promote and follow all sales activities for the cardio products in promotion in the region Brugge-Oostende in order to reach the predefined sales objectives and increase sector market penetration of the products within existing and new to develop clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Activities:

  • Daily visits to target customers (GP's and Specialists)
  • Planning and follow-up of sales activities and customer visits
  • Develop and maintain a regional network of physicians

Business Planning:

  • Monitor and review the performance against objectives
  • Analyse the sales results and establish action plans
  • Reach defined sales objectives
  • Collect and analyse feedback given by the customers
  • Participate to sales meetings
  • Optimize the targeting and targeting procedures
  • Optimize territory management, covering and frequency of visits to core customers

Internal Communication:

  • Regular co-visits and meetings with the Regional Sales Manager to update plans and objectives
  • Regular meetings with sector team colleagues and product line colleagues

Reporting & Administration:

  • Make all administrative tasks and requests within the prescribed time
  • Analyse monthly reports covering/frequency/activity
  • Make correct budget requests by following the internal procedures
  • Follow up of field visit reports, meeting minutes and reports
  • Use the working tools, the material and samples according to the instructions

Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a sales role in Life Sciences
  • Experience in Cardio is a plus, but not required
  • Scientific background
  • Sales-drive, love to sell
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ambitious
  • Pro-active, well organized
  • Team player
