As an Indirect Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our global distribution network and ensuring our partners' success. Your mission is to drive sales growth through our distributors, strengthen relationships, and create new business opportunities.
You will also be leading and managing the Indirect Sales Team, guiding them to achieve ambitious targets and grow the department’s success year after year.
As a leader, you will need strong people management skills, the ability to motivate and support your team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration within the team while fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales via our international distribution network, ensuring long-term success.
- Manage and support existing distributors, keeping them engaged and satisfied. A happy customer is a loyal customer!
- Identify and onboard new distributors, setting up meetings and demonstrations—creating new business is your daily motto.
- Lead and develop the Indirect Sales Team, ensuring team members are supported, motivated, and equipped to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction to your team.
- Attend trade fairs in your markets and occasionally in other territories.
