Are you a Junior Medical Affairs Professional and available for a temporary mission to support a product launch at one of the leading pharma companies of the moment?

We have a new opportunity for a Medical Affairs Associate with scientific expertise.

In this role, you will support the Medical Advisors and collaborate on the development and execution of medical plans to support all aspects of the local business. You will also be responsible for specific projects and report directly to the Therapeutic Area Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of medical strategies that support brand commercialization and help improve the customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Medical Affairs, RWE, Corporate Affairs, and Clinical Trial Management.
• Business support: Provide scientific input for promotional materials and lead training for sales and medical representatives.
• Data Dissemination: Address unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs, organise advisory boards and develop scientific slide sets and presentations.
• Congress & Literature: Provide support during congresses and critically read and evaluate medical literature to stay up to date with competitive data and clinical trends.
• Follow-up project budgets and participate in both local and international internal initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Scientific Master’s degree
• Previous experience in Medical Affairs is preferred
• Knowledge and a professional network within Endocrinology would be an advantage
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch (proficiency in all three is ideal)
• Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally
• Expert in literature identification and evaluation
• Proficient in standard computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize complex, high-volume tasks in a team environment
• Live in Belgium
